THE ROTARY Spring Fair is the latest event to be cancelled in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic.
The annual fair was due to take place at Whitehall Recreation Ground on the early May Bank Holiday (Friday May 8) – the 75th anniversary of VE Day. It has been postponed until further notice.
Last year’s event attracted around 9,000 visitors, and raised £14,900 for local good causes – the biggest total in its 41-year history.
