Suspected dealer arrested after allegedly being spotted selling drugs in Rugby graveyard

A SUSPECTED drug dealer from Rugby has been arrested after police allegedly spotted him selling drugs in a graveyard in the town.

The 31-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of money laundering after officers found £17,000 in cash at an associated property in Gas Street.

The man was seen making a suspected drug deal at 12:30pm on Wednesday (March 16).

Suspected illegal drugs and related paraphernalia were also found at the Gas Street property.

The suspect has been released on bail while investigations continue.
