A MOTORIST has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after members of the public reported a vehicle being driven erratically in the middle of the afternoon.
Police received reports of erratic driving on the A426 near The Avon Mill at around 3.25pm on Tuesday (December 3).
Officers arrived to find a grey Ford van had collided with a stationary vehicle. No-one was injured.
A 55 year old man was arrested on suspicion of driving a motor vehicle when above the legal alcohol limit.
Police thanked everyone who reported the erratic driving, and who helped at the scene of the collision.
Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to contact Warwickshire Police on 101, quoting incident 261 of December 3.
