SUSPECTED members of a ‘county lines’ drug gang have been charged with bringing crack cocaine and heroin into Rugby.
Three men aged 26, 21 and 30, and believed to be from the Peterborough area, were arrested in Rugby on Wednesday March 13.
They have been charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine, and remanded in custody until April 18.
The arrests were part of an Offender Management Unit investigation into county lines drug crime, where dealers move into towns where their faces are not known to local police.
Anyone with information about the supply of drugs in Warwickshire should call police on 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
