A TEENAGER has been charged with several driving offences and the possession of an offensive weapon following an incident in Rugby on Wednesday (July 12).
Ramsay Fraser, aged 18 of Lancut Hill, was charged with dangerous driving, taking without consent, driving without insurance, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, and possession of an offensive weapon.
He will appear at Coventry Magistrates’ Court on September 2.
