Tiny Rugby ebiker celebrates win with a cheque for his school

A TINY ebike rider from Rugby celebrated his latest win by presenting £100 to his school.

Six-year-old Toby Cossar won the Gold Trophy in the new national Ebike race recently and as a result was also given a school funding prize of £100 for his primary school – Cawston Grange.

During a special assembly Toby, accompanied by Rugby and Bulkington MP Mark Pawsey, handed the cheque to headteacher Kate Worthington.

The cash was part of the prize given to Toby by the Rugby-based Auto Cycle Union (ACU), the governing body for motorcycle sport in Britain.




While it looks like bike racing is in the genes. Toby’s four-year-old brother Albie also races, his dad Mark Cossar is the British Masters Sidecar Grasstrack champion and his uncle, Tom Cossar, is a also a Masters’ winner.
