A TREASURE trail in aid of a cancer charity takes place in Rugby town centre on Saturday.
Participants will find locations using the What3words navigation system and solve simple clues to discover the final location on the trail. The first team to get to the finish will receive a small prize.
Local fitness and wellbeing group Step It Up Active is organising the event to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
A spokesperson said: “This family-friendly fun event is designed to bring awareness of our wonderful independent shops as well as point out some historical landmarks.”
Teams can be up to six members, with a minimum donation of £2.50 per person.
The event takes place on Saturday (March 25) starting at 2pm, with registration from 1.30pm at Rugby Thornfield Indoor Bowls Club next to the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee sports centre.
