TWO men have been charged with drugs offences in Rugby.
Kevin Codner, 20, of Daisy Bank Road, Manchester, and a 16-year-old boy from Manchester who cannot be named for legal reasons, were both arrested at around 12pm yesterday (Thursday) after an incident in Bakehouse Lane.
They were charged with possession with intent to supply heroin and crack cocaine. They were remanded in custody and were due to appear before Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court today (Friday).
