Warwickshire Police released this picture of the unexploded artillery shell found at a Houlton building site.
A BOMB was found at a building site in Houlton today (Tuesday September 13).
Homes within a safety zone of 400m around Houlton Way, near the junction with Great Brook Ground, were evacuated as a precaution while police and the Ministry of Defence carried out a controlled explosion.
Residents have been told they can now return home.
The unexploded artillery shell was found at a Mulberry Homes building site in Houlton Way at around 10.10am.
