VOLUNTEERS have raised thousands for three local good causes.
The Rugby Shree Prajapati Association (SPA) raised £2,500 for Rugby Myton Hospice, the Friends of St Cross, and Coventry & Warwickshire Mind.
Members of the SPA presented cheques to the three charities, having raised the money at a dinner dance and a family darts tournament.
The donations will help the charities with equipment and support services.
Ramesh Mistry from the SPA added: “The support to the Mind charity became even more significant when a close work colleague sadly took his own life earlier this year.
“On behalf of the Association we would like to thank all those who kindly donated towards these valuable services, and the volunteers for their time.”
