HARMFUL prescription medication has been lost in Rugby town centre.

The medication, which includes Respiradone, Sertraline and Diazepam, is believed to have been lost sometime between 12.30pm, when it was collected from the Clifton Road area, and 6pm on Thursday (August 4).

The medication, used to treat a variety of mental illnesses including anxiety, is needed by the patient and could be harmful if taken by someone it is not intended for.

Police urge anyone who finds the items to return them to their local police station, health centre or pharmacist. Alternatively, contact police on 101, quoting incident number 309 of August 4.
