A SERVING officer with Warwickshire Police is set to appear in court to face a charge of sexual assault.
The officer has been postally requisitioned to appear at Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court on Friday (January 19).
The alleged incident occurred last May while the officer was on duty.
The officer is currently suspended from duty pending the outcome of the case.
