SANTA Claus is coming to town – and he has announced when he will bring his sleigh to spread festive cheer in your neighbourhood.
Big-hearted volunteers from the Rugby Rokeby Lions Club will accompany Father Christmas and Rudolf on tour around Rugby, Stretton and Wolston during December.
Each year the tour collects donations for local charities, people in need, and essential services which are then distributed by the Lions.
This year the club made donations to Warwickshire Air Ambulance, The Hoskins Centre, Rugby Area Talent Trust, Warwickshire Blood Bikes, Families First, and many more – and organisers hope to muster enough support to do the same again next year.
