ARTISTIC youngsters are being invited to design the official poster for Shakespeare Week.
The annual national celebration of Shakespeare for primary school children celebrates its tenth anniversary next year.
And children are being urged to unleash their creativity and battle it out to come up with a winning design for the official poster.
Shakespeare Week, which runs from March 18 to March 24 2024, is run by the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust to bring the famous playwright to life for youngsters of primary school age.
Over the past decade, the celebration has evolved into a vital tool to assist teachers to teach what can sometimes be a daunting subject area.
This year the programme reached up to two million children.
The winning poster will be published and distributed to schools, libraries, and partner venues across the country.
