RUGBY Borough suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat against Carlton Town as the club saw their winless run at home stretch to five matches.
The game’s only goal came on 28 minutes when Lamin Manneh scored from the penalty spot in the first half at Kilsby Lane.
And the result means Borough sit ninth in the Northern Premier League Midlands table, four points outside of the play-off places.
Rugby are next in action against Corby Town on Wednesday, December 10 with kick-off at 7.45pm at Steel Park.
