RUGBY Borough will play in the United Counties League Premier Division South next season after the FA released the National League System club allocations for steps one to six.

Borough won promotion from the Spartan South Midlands Football League via the play-offs last season as the club secured back-to-back promotions to reach step five.

And Rugby can look forward to games against Racing Club Warwick, Coventry United and Lutterworth Town.

Borough and Aylestone Park are the only promoted teams joining the division whilst Daventry Town, St Neots Town and Yaxley have all dropped down from the step above.

Warwick and Leicester Nirvana have been moved laterally into the 20-team league

The rest of the league is made up of Bugbrooke St.Michael, Cogenhoe United, Desborough Town, Easington Sports, Eynesbury Rovers, GNG Oadby Town, Godmanchester Rovers, Histon, March Town United, Newport Pagnell Town and Wellingborough Town.

All leagues are subject to FA Council ratification.
