RUGBY Town goalkeeper Nykah Liburd-Hines has successfully won his appeal to have his red card against Coventry Sphinx overturned.
Liburd-Hines saw red on his Valley debut for a trip on Sphinx player Callum Woodward after the Coventry captain had levelled the game from the penalty spot.
With no substitute goalkeeper available on the day, Rugby defender Luke English went in goal for the remainder of the game as Valley suffered a 2-1 defeat against their local rivals in a fiery affair.
However, the club decided to appeal the decision to send Liburd-Hines off and have been successful which means he is available to play against Coleshill Town this weekend.
