CHEVEZ Walder scored four goals as Bourton and Frankton secured a huge 6-1 win against Dunlop Reserves in the Peter Toogood Cup at The Field.
Walder opened the scoring on 15 minutes following a neat passage of play, running onto Lewis Timms’s through ball before finding the back of the net.
And Bourton doubled their lead shortly after as Danny McManus picked out Walder from a free-kick.
The home side made it three before half time as Michael Reesby added his name to the scoresheet, slotting home from a through ball via the aid of the post.
Walder completed his hat-trick early in the second period before volleying home his fourth goal from Chris Shorey’s long throw.
Dunlop scored a consolation goal as the half wore on before Reesby doubled his tally for the game with a header from Shorey’s cross to complete the scoring.
And Bourton’s reward is a place in the semi-finals against Jet Blade Reserves on Saturday, October 7.
Bourton are next in action away at Panjab Athletic on Saturday, September 30 with kick-off at 2.15pm at Finham Park School.
