RUGBY Borough travel to Loughborough tomorrow (Saturday) hoping the weather improves so they can get some game time in.
They were left frustrated last weekend when their Leciestershire Senior League Division One clash at Asfordby was postponed due to a burst water pipe within the clubhouse which prevented the showers from working.
And it’s a frustrating time for boss Darran Tank and his squad.
“We’ve had good numbers at training and we’re chomping at the bit to get those orange shirt’s on and play, and it’s annoying when we can’t even get on a pitch,” he said.
Borough still sit at the top of the table, six points clear of second place Thurnby Rangers and 11 points ahead of Asfordby.
