RUGBY Town’s weekend fixture against Coventry Sphinx has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.
An inspection of Coventry’s Sphinx Industrial Supplies Arena pitch confirmed the turf as frozen.
Temperatures are expected to remain below freezing overnight.
A rearranged date for the Northern Premier League Midlands game will be confirmed in due course.
Weather permitting, Rugby are next in action against Loughborough Students on Tuesday, January 14 with kick-off at 7.45pm at Butlin Road.
