RUGBY juniors were out in force once again for their final group competition of the season at Southam Kids’ Triathlon.
With a show of 22 juniors in Sunday’s race, there was plenty to savour for Rugby Junior Triathlon Club as all their hard work in training and racing paid off.
While eight-year-old Sebastian Tobin completed his first ever race with the club, personal bests were abundant and were accompanied by a couple of podium places.
Arthur Tilt came second in the Tri Star Two category while Tom Taylor took first place in the Tri Star Three race.
Meanwhile, 15-year-old Ben Leugs smashed his personal best in his second Southam sprint of the season, finishing with a glowing time of 1:09.56 to take second in the youth category.
